frat sorority socials&tiers

So all of these rankings have like 6 lines of frats, but pretty much sororities in lines 1-3 social with the top 2 lines, and the lower mid and bottom sororities social with the middle frats... so whats even the point of being in a "bad" frat, that is in like 4 5 or 6 of these ranks... do they even get pairs?
