The actual problem is with the frats (tier2) is out of order and giving recognition to ESA when no one else does. LMAO

whats wrong with tier 2? I guess you could switch ato and acacia, doesn't really matter, but tke is clearly the top of those 4.

the only thing definite about tier 2 is that dtd is last, the others are interchangeable
