What does it mean if a current member in a house says they are going to give you a suicide bid?

suicide bid? all I know is when you "suicide" on pref night its when you only list 1 chapter out of the 3, basically you won't take any other besides that one. its risky and you can never be sure if your going to get a bid to that chapter, even if an active tells you they are going to(which they aren't allowed to do anyway)
