No not at all. I hear they have to take a certain amount of upperclassmen but that may be a rumor

Definitely for the better ones. Should've rushed as a freshman cause if you do get in one you'll be chilling with your pledge class which are 95% freshman. Your like a lost duck without a pond.

No, every sorority takes a good amount of sophomores, there will be like 5-10 sophomores or possibly more depending on the sorority. Obviously lower sororities might take more or its a little harder as a sophomore for the more selective ones.

Yea it kind of sucks being a sophomore pledging. Should have done it as a freshman. You miss out on so much. A little late in my opinion.

You'll be having to hang with your pledge class that are freshmen and if you try to be with gals your own age you will p i s s off everyone because you don't get privileges of older sisters. Definitely not a win situation.

It really depends on the sorority. Sometimes when girls drop as freshman they want another sophomore the next year but sometimes they just want freshman

I have a ton of friends who rushed sophomore year, and they love their sororities. Most of them are in top tiers, too. Go for it! Better late than never!
