letters of rec

Do i need to submit letters of rec to every chapter to have a succesful rush here? I heard some moms talking about it so i'm looking for an honest opinion

Hey! Congrats on your decision for rush!! Letters of rec are not required, but they help for some sororities. Some sororities pay attention to them and some don't.....Sorry if that doesn't really answer your question.
