depends which ones, some are like sororities and actually only take good looking guys (Sig chi, SAE). Others don't really care about that and look for cool dudes (Beta Sig). If you rush hard enough and aren't weird, you'll get a bid.

I can already tell you're rushing for all the wrong reasons. I rushed high and low on the rankings and I couldn't be happier than where I ended up (middleish)
