rushing again?

I'm going to be a sophomore this fall, I rushed freshman fall and spring but didnt get a bid anywhere i wanted would it be stupid to try this fall again? is it too late?

no it's not! A lot of kids join greek life their sophomore year.

You need to either settle for a lower tier frat or focus on self improvement. Never rush the same frat twice
