How does theta treat legacies?

I had a friend who was a legacy for theta but they didn't treat it seriously and didn't give her special consideration. There are only a couple of sororities here who take legacies seriously, one of them is either DZ or AZD (I forget) and ADPi. Don't know about phi sig because they're new.
