Top Houses (In no order)
SAE, Pike, Beta Sig, Sig Chi, D Chi
These 5 run the top tier scene every weekend. You could make the argument for Sammy to be in this group, but the Pit is the only thing that makes them fun. Dsig was on probo all year and has fallen out of this group. It will be interesting to see where they end up in the Fall.
Next Tier (In no order)
ATO, Sig EP, Phi Psi, TKE, Acacia
These are the houses most likely to get a Bar or give a Bar to one of the top houses above. They are the only houses to give any competition to the top tier during rush, and they sometimes hang out with the top sororities. ATO made tremendous moves forward this year, and is the most likely of this group to end up as a top house in the near future.
Everyone else is irrelevant. Sorry, this is harsh but true. A top tier sorority member will likely never set foot in a house not on this list before she graduates, and you either never have parties or inconsistently have parties. The way to move up is too seize opportunity. Eventually you will have a party on a night when no better frats are hosting, and you need to let in the top frats and sororities that will inevitably try to come. Show them a good time, make relationships, and they will be much more keen to give you a bar at their place in the future.

Mid
1. ASA 2. G phi
All others are irrelevant.

Relevancy is in the eye of the beholder. Just because the above liseted group socials together with high sororities that does not affect the various thriving grouping of fraternities below whom which may be very relevant to other sororities amd other people on campus. Just because certain houses have social with hotter sororities that in itself has no affect on anyone below them and by putting themselves on a high and mighty pedestool as you previously described it makes them irrelevant to the many houses below them which are in fact the majority which one could then logically deduce that since they are irrelevant to the majority of houses they then must be the most irellavent. Overall i believe every fraternity knows where they stand and is likely to have their own nich in this ecosystem we call greek life and to label ones niche as unimportant or irrelacent really detracts from the greek community as a whole.
