Are any new fraternities coming to penn state for fall 2015
Also what are the kids like in the middle tier frats as well as the top tier frats
And do low tier frats throw good parties or socials

High tier and middle tier social with sororities. The lower tiers don't, they may social with dance groups or something but they don't throw good parties.
