Chapters change with every pledge class, competition, party, ect. All this website does is copy and paste the same old rankings that have been on here for way too long.
Sure, I would love to rank my chapter higher, but I have no idea how to place it because I don't know even one person from every house. I seriously doubt the one person who posted the original rankings knew enough to actually rank them.

yes but you should be vaguely aware of who the houses similar to yours are partying with and how the top tier houses are doing. To the best of my knowledge the rankings that always get copy/pasted are roughly correct. And they do change semester by semester if a house is doing better.
