If I drop a fraternity after being initiated, can I still rush other fraternities after becoming independent again? If I'm allowed to rush other fraternities, will the other fraternities even consider me during rushing?

Technically you can, but no self-respecting fraternity will bid a kid who dropped another fraternity after being initiated. Shows you're arrogant and you're not in it for the brotherhood. Its one thing to drop during pledging but a whole different thing to drop after initiation.
