This is how things really are with a breakdown. Sig Chi and beta sig are in arguably the top houses right now. All of tier 1 is great and all these house will stay tier 1. Pi Kapp is losing a lot of their chapter can hardly social next year but their rep could bring them back, or be replaced by lambda or another tier 3 house. Tier 4 is the most changed as it is the middle houses at psu. phi psi isn't falling, they may actually enter tier 3 in time. Zeta psi, Phi who, and du are both becoming very relevant as they both attract higher tier houses and sororities and are now very established middle houses. PKT had issues but is starting this route so they're here too. Tier 5 is lower middle houses with AGR doing best but not going to replace anyone in tier 4 unless they mess up, and alpha sig recently fell to this position. The rest of the houses aren't bad but are considered lower in their social aspects. sororitys aren't even up for debate unless you're a phi Mu crazy girl. (Not hating on phi Mu just the ones who post bs ranks)

These are accurate. Only problem - Every single one of those tier 4 houses constantly have bars at each others parties EXCEPT PHI WHO. Phi who does not associate with those other houses therefore they are lower than tier 4. That is a fact.
Also KDR isn't on here, Id put them above lambda

Talking about phi who. I know kids in phi psi and they hate on phi who but all those other houses in tier 4 100 percent would go there if even invited. 3rd tier and up is what matters, no one else would say this up unless they were lower than 4 or in phi psi, so you're probably in phi psi or something like alpha sig lol

phiwho is doing better than most of tier 5 but theyre not quite at 4 yet, so they should be top of 5. sigpi and aepi DEFINITELY should be dropped to top of 4, theyre much better than the rest of 4 but simply not as good as anyone in 3 to be there yet (aepi might be 3 in a year or so, theyre doing really well).
other than that, switch fiji and dke, signu ahead of beta, drop ato behind acacia, and add kdr to the front of 2 and its accurate.

Zeta psi, phi psi, phi who, du, and pkt are all one group. Alpha sig should replace tdx for tier 4 and tdx, aepi, and sig pi should be a tier like 3.5?

I agree with a tier 3.5. Also to see who should be higher in tier 4, apparently Zeta Psi, DU, and Phi Who are competing for Phi Sig as their thon partner. Even though Phi Sig isn't great, it would prove a lot about whoever won considering none of them have an actual social sorority pairing

Not in pkt but I still am in a 3rd tier and we go there and I've seen du and tdx there last time we had a bar there so Idk where you're getting this
