Yes, shake-up is overdue and, in fact, some traditionally lower-tier houses (SK, ADPi, AOPi) are on the rise. Becoming popular bc newer students see them as more "real," more inclusive and diverse. TriSig getting more competitive but still too new still. DPhiE bottom but draws its own type of girl and they all seem happy there.

What? Other than top 5, which will probably always remain top, there have been lots of changes over last 10 years, with legends like Alpha Chi, ChiO and ASA losing their chapters and others moving up through the ranks in their place. AXiD was rock bottom, and now consider an upper-mid. DZ used to be a lot higher and now low tier.
