No sorority really will ever change tier, just like frats don't change tiers, unless someone gets kicked off the top houses will always be what they are now. That's how it is, that's how it will always be, the middle house may shift around but they will never make it to the top. Just make the most out of your four years in college and don't sweat if your in the hottest sorority. Years from now you'll just remember the good times not if you were ranked above or below phi sig.
