authentic spring rush tiers updated and unbias

Here are the true tiers. Each one is not in any order because all the houses in that tier are similar by their social calender. Based on socials mostly with parties and day longs recognized a bit. Houses in second half of upper middle tier party and daylong harder and more often than the other upper mid houses, but have slightly lesser social calenders. AGR, Lambda, Phi sig, PiLamb Aepi, phi who, and phi psi are the only houses to get increasingly better attention and could move up, most everyone else will stay the same. Also, phi rho is on there because they should be joining panhel soon.

Top: d chi, sig chi, beta sig, pike, pikap, SAE, KDR
Upper: Lambda, TKE, Acacia, Sig Ep, ATO, dtd, Sammy
Upper Mid: aepi, sig pi,alpha sig,TDX, phi who,Zeta psi,phi psi
Middle houses: AGR, PKT, DU, Far sig, Pi Lamb, DSig, SigNu
Lower Middle: DKE, Sig Tau, AXP, fiji, beta, Theta
Bottom:Chi phi, chi, Skulls, AKL, Kappa sig, mud house, tree house, ZBT

Top: Theta, Pi phi, A phi
Upper: Kappa, Gamma phi, AXO
Mid: axo, zta, azd, AOPi,Phi Mu, KD
Low Mid: ASA, DG, DZ, Sig kap,
Bottom: SDT, adpi, phi sig
