The chapters with the higher GPAs place more focus on grades. Those that are toward the bottom of the list don't care as much. You need to meet the Panhel minimum (2.5) to register for recruitment. After that, some chapters will do cuts based on grades when all else is equal. Here are how the chapters average GPAs are ranked based on last fall.

AOPi 3.55

ADPi 3.53
DZ 3.53
GPhi 3.52
Phi Sig 3.48
KD 3.48
Kappa 3.47

With the exception of DPhiE, these GPAs are all in a similar range and all are impressive. And even DPhiE is respectable. All Greek women surpass the average (non-Greek) female student GPA.
