Does Phi Delt throw decent parties?

I know they are new but has anyone ever gone to a phi delt party and are they as bad for a new frat? I want to rush them as a 2nd sem sophomore.

Let me be completely honest with you and then you can decide what you want to do. I personally would join a house that is mid/upper mid, join a house like Phi Who, APD, Asig, AEPi, AGR, Dsig, ZBT. You will reap way more benefits of joining a frat (social connections).
