Why do people think Phi Who is upper mid?

Phi who throws one party a year. One party. They are completely irrelevant self rankers. It's kinda cringe how obvious it is lmao

Phi Who is upper mid. They have a good brotherhood, and have been pulling in pretty good PC’s. They have fun mainfloor parties, and on good nights they’re able to pack it. Since TDX and AGR got booted there’s no where else to put them. Phi Who is better than Lambda, AEPI, and APD. This puts them in upper mid lol

Phi WHo's been on the rise for a minute, better PCs each year, hella money for thon, parties always a good time and I feel safe their tbh than other frats
