Frats that are actually rising

Sig Pi - Has been for last couple years, from barely upper mid to nearing top 5, meteoric rise

Phi Psi - Has gone from a write off to the place to be for FACs, not a giant rise like ASig or Sig Pi but definitely noticeable

BSB - Always been historically good but lost a lot of clout a couple years ago, rebounding by getting insane PCs last couple of years

ASig - Probably the most profound jump, has been killing it with recent PCs and sorority relations

DSig - It feels weird putting them on here, but they have been popping off recently and have been doing pretty good for themselves

Kind of but kind of not rising:
Phi Who - Not much has changed, but Phi Who has really benefited from TDX and AGR getting the axe, and Whoville has become one of Penn States most iconic parties

Far Sig - While they’ve been absolutely stagnant after some mild growth last year, they also haven’t really used their new pit yet, so the potential to rise is definitely there

ZBT - Still whack asf, but they have gotten great PCs of late and have thrown a few decent parties
