Rising and falling frats

Rising:
ZBT: I think they have really fun parties and guys are great. Definitely don’t get the respect they deserve. Great house n fence.
Sig Pi: Definitely see them as one of the top houses now with all the top sororities going there and riding for them. Really cool guys for the most part.
TKE: everyone loves tke and all the guys are super fun to be around. They have become a staple for a daylong and have out performed sig chi recently.
DU: have a lot of girls in top sororities loving them and it has worked out. Fun parties and cool inside and cool outside.
Falling:
Sig Chi: Their inside and outside parties aren’t that fun. Inside is small and PCs haven’t been the best.
TDX: With their suspension I haven’t heard a lot of good things. Parties are always pretty mid. Don’t like it anyways.
Phi Who: they only have one decent party a year and I personally think the brothers are weird. Don’t understand how they are above a lot of the other frats on Greek rank
