Why Phi Who so high?

I see so many rankings putting phi who high upper mid and nobody says anything. I’ve never heard anything awful about them but besides who ville their parties are mid. Why are they upper mid?

Past 2 pcs have been very good for them and with no agr and Tdx. they’ve passed lambda and aepi who have had a really bad couple pcs.

They have had good PCs. The older brothers are good dudes too. Mainfloors are good and they have a solid brotherhood. Nowhere else to put them with TDX and AGR gone. Nobody cares for Lambda so

2 great PC’s and good mainfloor parties.

TDX and AGR also shot themselves in the foot so that helps
