The downfall is here
by: ???When are people going to start talking about the downfall of AEPi and DU? When I was a freshmen these houses were awesome but it seems that they are no where near what they used to be but are trying too hard to hold on.

Houses that have been rising into upper top tiers like sig pi, pi kapp gand a few others just by default) have caused this. Top srats would rather mix with these frats now because they’ve been on the rise rather than DU or Aepi who hasn’t moved from being upper mid in years
