Need Real Advice on Sorority Call-backs

by:

I gotta tell you, as a PNM who knew nothing about sorority ranks going in, my favs so far are the so called bottom ones. My call-backs are all over the place. My heart wants to go with a "bottom" because the girls were just so damn nice, fun and real. But my ego likes the idea of being in a "top" house. Am I weak for thinking like this?

And, honestly, most girls I met every place were pretty.

Genuine responses only.

You are in college. It's time to make your own choices and be your own person. What I'm hearing is that you know what you want to do, but you still care what other people think. Stop caring what people think.

Take it from me. I preffed one low tier and one high last year. I really loved the low but ranked the high my #1 and I got a bid for them. Three weeks in and I knew these weren't my girls. Now, I can't be in any sorority and I have to watch all my friends who are in sororities having such a great time and making memories that I'll never have.

Go with your gut. Tiers are made up by a bunch of a-hole guys and mean nothing.

Not cool.

I don't think you are weak. I think you are being honest.

Years from now, you won't care about tiers or ranks or other people's opinions. I think you have to be honest with yourself and who you think will be there with you for the long haul.
