How does open recruitment work and which frats do it

I missed the initial registration period and I'm wondering how open recruitment works and if it is worth it

You fked up by not just rushing and letting them know that you didn't register in time if they wanted to bid you... Most decent frats don't even follow IFC's idiotic 10 socials restriction...
