definition of geed?

i’ve seen a lot of people on here calling each other geeds? is this a penn state thing only? also i need the definition of geed

It's not unique to PSU. The origin is the phrase God Damn Independent--people used those 3 letters (GDI) to label themselves as anti Greek. It has morphed into Geed. Means someone who is not affiliated and doesn't understand our community.
