There are many quality fraternities at Penn State. Everyone can find the one that fits them to join or simply to party. Anyone's rankings will always be subjective. I spent my freshman year exploring the frats to try and find the best for me. I am planning to pledge in Fall of my soph year. Considering the aspects of actual brotherhood, general fun, great parties and real authentic people who are contributing to Penn State, I think the tops of the list of places to be a brother are Phi Kappa Tau and Sammy. I will be checking both of them out very hard this fall and, hopefully, getting a bid to join whichever is best for me. These are clearly the best places to make incredible memories and also bonds that will last a lifetime. Don't be fooled by pretentious or other shallow places. Do your research and you'll likely find the same. These are real good guys with great organizations too...the best of all worlds. Wish me luck in getting a bid...
