sig chi over pike

Since Sig Chi was paired with A Phi for thon and theta isn’t even top tier, Sig Chi has clearly passed up pike so stop ranking them as equals. In fact, those snitches should be put at the top of Tier 2. Also, the only frats pike socials with are Sammy because everyone else hates them now.
