ordering of the parties for sorority recruitment

Is there any meaning behind the what party you're placed in and whether a sorority likes you better or isn't really sure. Like if you have a lot of earlier parties does it mean your chances are better, worse, or the same of getting invited back/ eventually getting a bid?
