Ok you'll say I'm Phi sig, I'm not though but I have to jump in here to say that what's your issue on this ranking? Phi sig seems to me to be where they belong. they and Dg are equivalent and for sure everything listed below them belongs below them so I don't see any problems here
The actual issue is theta is not top tier and hasn't been for years
