snap bids

Are there going to be any sororities that offer snap bids if they don't reach their quota? I can't find any information on it and am wondering what the situation is this year.

No one will know if there will be snap bids until bids are matched. Literally no one. If a chapter doesn't meet quota, they have the option to snap bid up to quota. There usually aren't many, but no one can know at this point.

if they didn’t want you the first time during formal recruitment what makes you think that you’ll get a snap bid

No, sorry. Snap bids are only for people who were in the recruitment process at some point (either they dropped out or got dropped). Informal (COB) would be open to everyone, but I don't know about people who weren't allowed to rush because they didn't meet requirements.
