The most competitive pnms are popular because they bring the whole package. Actives are looking for women that will be their friends, who they enjoy conversing with and hanging out with. They want members who will be there by their side during parties laughing and during hard times crying with them. Grades, ability to meet financial obligations etc are important because the chapters want to make sure that you aren't going to flunk or drop out of school. However, most chapters will take an attractive fun girl with a 2.5 GPA over a shy, homely girl with a 4.0. Ask yourself how you pick your friends. That is what you will be judged on.
