Don’t join a house based off of Greek Rank your an idiot if you do that. Especially don’t join houses that lurk on here 24/7 like Lambda, Agr, AEPi, Phi who, etc. if you see a houses name in every posts comments odds are theyre self ranking in preparation for Rush and are odd as hell. You don’t see DChi posting they are top everywhere but I bet on any ranking you’ll find on here they’ll be 1 or 2.
Join the house you like the most during Rush, dont base it off of their social schedule, GPA, IM, etc
Every house, that’s not kicked off, next semester can only have 10 Wet Socials, probation or not everyone’s on a level playing field, so away bars will really define tiers a lot better next semester, but until then people Are just basing this off assumptions from previous semesters.

Personally i think that’s a Waste of your time and parents money. Part of joining a fraternity is the networking that comes with it after college and beyond. Join a house that isn’t in bad standing with the University

If you want to actually have fun, then join an unrecognized house who keeps house. Connections and standing with university will be reinstated when they’re back.
