houses on the rise/fall

I’m rushing next semester and was wondering what houses are on the rise and which houses are falling.

Dchi, sig chi, and maybe Beta Sig are high and will stay high unless something happens.
Pike is falling, FAST. SAE is over
The others are necessarily falling or going up, its just spots are open due to others being in trouble for them to take over and host more.

don't pick a house based on wildest parties, because if they are risky they will most likely get kicked (fall) soon.

Houses that have been rising in the past semesters:

Higher tiers: Sig Ep, AEPi

Middle tries: TDX, Kappa Sig, Phi Who

These houses have improved over the past few semesters/years and will most likely continue to do so

No way pike is falling. They might have gotten SAE kicked off but they have a strong brotherhood and cool guys that girls like to social with

people need to lose their hard on for aepi. a bunch of weirdos who are cop outs that think they bring the eat when in reality they take the pipe of every other good house.
