yes they still social w// top tier frats and the top tier guys love them lol everyone who says no is probably just trying to move up themselves

I’ve heard several different top tier frat guys saying Theta is beat and they’re not like. I’ve even had a Theta admit she’s sorry she went with Theta because they’re not close at all and very cliquey compared to other sororities. They’re know for being mean rude and weird. The decision is yours to make. I hope you won’t regret it.

they did so bad last year in rush and the year before that so they're definitely still middle tier
