a closer look at the lower tiers

a lot of lower tier houses are making more moves now that theres an even playing field with the ban so here's my take on what's going on (NOT LISTED IN ANY ORDER)
Zeta Psi - always having fun, good socials and tight brotherhood
Phi Who - dry socials, a little weird
Kappa Sig - good socials and growing
ADPhi - actually growing idk why they are getting ranked so low, good brotherhood
Skulls - can get a little weird but they know how to have fun
AKL - reckless but they pull good away bars and know how to have a good time
Sig Tau - most fun socials out of the group
DKE - wasted potential in their house
Far Sig - ton of borough points, these guys have to be careful

Out of all these houses only Zeta Psi, Phi Who, Kappa Sig, and Far Sig actually have socials with real sororities. Skulls & DKE can get Phi Mu over occasionally for pregames but all of the girls usually end up going to frats like AXP or Kappa Sig. All the other frats listed usually just social with dance orgs or clubs which aren't greek

Dont sleep on skulls yet, they did pull a 1 to 1 with phi rho earlier this year whick keeps them above sig tau and akl

out of the houses here that I’ve been to this is the order of fun that I had there
1.) Sig Tau
2.) AKL
3.) Zeta Psi
4.) Skulls

Skulls bragging about pulling a 1 on 1 with Phi Rho pretty much sums up what it means to be a bottom tier fraternity.

This is how tiers actually are from this list:

Straight Middle: Zeta Psi, Phi Who, Chi Phi
-Frats that consistently pull ok sororities / no Phi Mu

Lower Mid: Kappa Sig, Alpha Sig, AXP
-Frats that pull ok sororities / social with Phi Mu
----------------------------------------
Not Middle but not Bottom: Far Sig, DKE
-Frats that don't really social with sororities other than Phi Mu
----------------------------------------
Bottom: Skulls, Sig Tau, Theta Chi, AKL, Treehouse, Triangle, ADPhi
-Frats whose social schedules are primarily dance orgs

Replace chi phi with either kappa sig or alpha sig and thats right.

Far Sig is much better than that. Cooler brothers than Kappa Sig, AXP, and Chi Phi with arguably a better social schedule.
