Pretty accurate but aepi hangs out with tier 3 as much as 2, maybe you can give them tier 2.5?

Alpha Sig is honestly better than Kappa Sig at this point, they have a PERMENENT house too so..... CYA KAPPA SIG

Alpha sigs house is less permanent than any house on campus which is why every year their landlord tries to find a new fraternity to take their house. They don't own their house they rent. Google it theres articles about it.
