sophomore rushing

is it going to be harder for a sophomore girl to rush a sorority? Like will sororities now take 0 sophomores?

I think bc of the lowered quota it's going to be harder in general for every girl no matter what the year. For sophomores they have a sophomore quota, but that's either a good thing or a bad thing depending on how many sophomores are rushing.
