Notes:
-Lambda got evicted
-D Sig throws down belong ahead of Pike and Sig Chi
-FIJI doesn't do anything (on campus)
-Phi Who and Pi Lam are basically the same and top of 5
-Zeta Psi falling
-Kappa Sig has the KDR house but their guys are just plain weird

FINALLY RESOLVED
That the National Board of Directors will address and may take charter action on any chapter which refuses to implement a complete substance-free policy by August 1, 2020 and a substance-free transitional policy August 1, 2018.
