With the sorority quotas does that mean next semester sororities will take less members than usual? Is it going to be more competitive?

That seems stupid. Restricting total chapter size means more girls are going to be bidless.

Either panhel needs to reverse that decision or we need to bring on more NPC sororities asap.

The university is pushing for smaller chapters and Panhel needs to push back. But, PNMs need to take some responsibility also. If you get invites back from lower tier houses and you drop thinking you are too good for those groups, you are contributing to the problem. Until every chapter is thriving and comprised of quality members, no new NPC groups are going to come to campus to colonize. Staying the course in recruitment and helping to strengthen the chapters that have a harder time is a much better solution than being bidless and bitter.
