No, they're more likely to keep you out lol. Those are so IFC can identify rushes who are drinking quickly. It's meant to be dry rush, that's why the bands are neon yellow.

At some if IFC isnt there they get you in so you pick that fraternity, they might just tell you to cover it with a watch or long sleeve.
