can a transfer attend informal rush?

I heard informal rush is in fall, I will be a junior and I want to get into a sorority for sisterhood but I am not quite sure if I can if informal is in the fall now.

If youre at campus and sign up, youre able to participate. you'd have to pick from the sororities that are doing it.
