I believe so, depends on how zoning works out. If a frat could fall under student housing in its current wording, I think we could get away with disaffiliating from PSU/getting kicked off and have no repercussions as long as you/alum own your house.

There are definitely pros and cons to being kicked off temporarily. Lack of im, thon and homecoming might suck but technically if the alumni still let them live there and they can party as much as they want and function similar to trilogy in terms of rush amd what not. Will be difficult to manage fraternity finances without bursar though
