Good luck getting the borrow to allow more than like 10 people to live in your house, zoning cap the number of non related people living under one roof in state college that aren't in university recognized fraternities.

For those that read this three times before understanding the intent, I believe Piss off was trying to use the word borough.

Then you just say your house is an apartment building and each bedroom is a separate apartment with a separate lease. Easy peasy.
