Frats should just disaffiliate from the university

Good luck getting the borrow to allow more than like 10 people to live in your house, zoning cap the number of non related people living under one roof in state college that aren't in university recognized fraternities.

Then you just say your house is an apartment building and each bedroom is a separate apartment with a separate lease. Easy peasy.

It has happened on other campuses. There needs to be some real leadership within the chapters to organize.
