Reasons
Top tier remains same after last year with DSig moving up to 1.
Second tier adds Sig Ep who jumps to two but at the bottom still. ATO and lambda tied after acacia w ATO coming off probo and lambda getting off national probo now.
Third tier, aepi went out last year with a bang putting them at top of 3, potential to move up in the fall w TKE gone.
Fourth tier Phi psi and DU make the jump from the gap and 4 to third.
