fall 17 preview- top frats & sororitys

Frats-
1. Dchi, SAE, Beta Sig, Dsig, Pike, Sig Chi

sororitys-
1. KD, Kappa, Aphi, Theta, PiPhi, ASA

-For the frats, thats pretty much consensus among people in top houses
-For the sororities, they're all pretty interchangeable besides KD being first and ASA being last
-Nobody really knows what the fall is gonna be like with all of these new regulations. Needless to say it is not gonna be the same as last fall but if people get smart and learn to scheme, while doing so safely, Penn State will still be a fun school.

"learning to scheme" and "doing it safely" are two completely different things bro you can only have one or the other. Scheming is what got Beta Theta pi into the bind that theyre in
