I'm a phi mu at a different school and we are top, i just wanted to know what's so bad about them here that they are consistently at the bottom of every rank anyone posts? Genuinely curious

Are you in the South? Phi Mu is a very Southern sorority. Their nationals don't know what they're doing in the north and it shows. They have no idea how to help chapters succeed at a Northern school.
