top tier rankings for fall 17

Tier 1: SAE, DChi, BSB, Pike, DSig, Sig Chi
Tier 2: Acacia, ATO, TKE, Sig Ep, Lambda
Tier 3: Sig Pi, AEPi, DU, DTD/Phi Psi

1. Can't see much change happening here. SAE DChi BSB have the best parties/best social schedule, and unless something bad happens to one of these frats it's probably not changing. DSig is better than Sig Chi now.
2. Acacia has a massive house and with fire occupancies possibly being a legit enforceable thing next semester, it'll help can honestly see them hopping into 1 if another house gets in trouble (RIP Sammy). ATO's climb over the past couple semesters is probably going to stagnate. Minimal change from last year other than Sig Ep hopping lambda from being in 3, lambda is only getting worse, wouldn't be surprised if they drop down to 3
3. Sig Pi or AEPi could hop lambda Sig Pi has the best social schedule in 3, but AEPi has potential to take advantage of Sammy being kicked off, time will tell what happens there.
DTD has been falling for awhile but still better than anyone in 4 and still have a consistent social schedule.

4 and below.... I honestly hate when people rank 1-9 tiers as if they know everyone in Greek life's social schedule. I only rank what I'm familiar with to help kids who wanna rush if it's even gunna be thing next year. A lot of
The houses in tiers 4-6 social with sororities but not consistently meaning they also social with club sports teams, dance teams, snap (nursing club), etc But as for houses in this bracket that could make a rise that pull sororities more often than not I'd say......

AGR - Nice big house on frat row, 40/60 on cool to weirdos
TDX - actually social with sororities
Zeta Psi - way too nice of a fenced in yard to not be cool, always have potential just a matter of rushing the right kids
Phi Who - always on probo, but always do something
Fiji- Wednesday's are lit but who knows what will happen with them (on campus frat) especially after beta
