phi who all the way, genuinely nice guys, nice house, i personally love their music and the volleyball court doesn't hurt either

No comparison, phi who could be consistently good if they weren't on probo all the time, Pi lam is kinda just there chillin doing nothing. Phi who has better pull with good sororities compared to Pi lam and their backyard is 4 times as big as Pi lams parking space of a yard

Phi who has better relationships with both sororitys and frats. Able to swing decent 4ways at other houses while on Probo. Pi lam has no pull getting 1 to 1 socials or away bars, and they haven't had a party in ages
